How safe is this blocker?
Is it ok to let it autoroll? Allowing the EMM B1 to pass?
Is the 153 nag eliminated? Allowing the EMM 64 to pass?

The documentation says there are special handlers for these EMMs and that the CAM should be safe, is this true?

as with autoroll nothing is always safe
"""""""""CAM should be safe""" means they don't know...

Unless it's a subbed cam, it is never 100% safe, there is always a chance they will find a way to get to it.
Play this game you take chances, lots of chances.

I have been useing it the last 3 days without any NAGS!! on my 102 plastic on my 301.010 ird. I tighten up the PPV tiers AND No PORN at all.

i only watch tv in the evening so i pull the card all other times and check the forums before inserting card. it's a pain in the gludius but i feel 50% safer than leaving the card vulnerable 24hrs a day. btw-it's nice to have auto roll again.

been using codespace blocker for a year and IMHO is as safe as freeware can get.

if your concerned, use a filter before the 102 (like ST19) or no 102 at all.
Codespace has proven to have damn good freeware blockers. I have yet to hear of any cards getting looped or fubar'd using their blocker when common sense is also used.
before my switch to safer emu setup, codespace was the shit - still is.

Try removing the $64 command from the pass line and see if
that 153 nag goes away..

Currently I am using codespace ver 12 with no B1 and changing the key manually.

Should we upgrade to ver 15 or ver 12 is safe with no B1?

Don't want to loose the card.

v12 is probally safer than 15. the more you block, the safer you are.

for the life of me, I can not get codespace v15 to work unless I pass emm 64. Sucks....

I have been testing codespace v15 in a 501 for 24hrs and no problems yet. Hope it keeps that way.:)

just worried about any nasty ecm they will send down targeting that blocker since it autorolls. they ahve access to it's code. I hope not guys but it is really only public rom 102 autorolling at this moment.

Quick question.
I finally gave in to my wife's nagging about the TV not working and put the V.15 on a few days ago.
It works like a charm but I am not charmed by it since I know what type of stuff it is letting in.
Is there a way to make it a bit more secure.

What lines to modify to make it safer?

Thank you for your input.

Should put v.12 maybe?

I tried that. I get NAG 153 even after adding that patch line of code.

guys the new blocker is only allowing 1 b1 thru as of now. the b1 that is allowed is to allow the keys to roll. No other b1's can pass. The disadvantage to this would be the next b1 that is sent down that is different than the current b1 and is used to update keys will not be allowed to pass and therefor it will quit rolling. hope this helps.

It helps. I have read the comments in the blocker about the "smart" emm passing.
Not sure how secure the algorithm is though.
If it quits autorolling I don't care. I've been updating keys manually for over a year now and have no issues with it.
Thanks for feedback. I guess this is not a popular blocker since people have no comments or wishes to discuss it except its validity.
