Private SK File

I have access to a subbed CAM and want to know how to apply the SK file from the subbed CAM to another ROM 102.

If I apply the private SK file to the ROM 102 and write it to the IRD, this should allow key rolls, correct?

open up the subbed cam into gendt08. save the keys (bottom right corner) no open up bin you want to apply this too (you will also have to rewrite tsops cuz it is a marriage based on rom and tsops) then open that keyfile (load keys) then goto card patch tab, check and apply patch. save card and tsops

Another thing, the CAM that I am using now is an ex-subbed one, does it matter if it is subbed or not? I thought as long as it is not public it was ok.

Autoroll comes from the blocker you use. Subbed or ex-subbed numbers or not, autoroll is all in the blocker.
