Does anyone know how to set up a no-rsa card file?

Example was old public numbers. As long as the flash had those numbers, card worked.
Adding DT08 or SKs was not nescessary. Removing SKs was needed tho.

So how would you take receiver number, and boxkeys and set up a card file to work without any additional receiver info?

So then I could use that card file in any receiver that had the same numbers, just receiver number and boxkeys? Treat is as you would when public numbers?

thats why bins that has been exsubbed has dt08 ,its same as private to publik backwards as long as the bin has dto8 period..
DVD....It depends on the way the system was desubbed. If a system was using DT08 and is being desubbed, either:
1) You disconnected the system from the signal stream before your contract ended.
2) You left the system in the signal stream ..forever...before/after.
In the first case, the sytem will maintain DT08 data, simply b/c it never received the "desub" command from the provider.
In the second case DT08 will be wiped out, simply b/c it had received the desub command.
