Hi as im in a strict budget right now i would like to know if i could use my Nexus Blue as an iso programmer. If yes with what settings, flash and applications ? Jeepers works on it ?

Flashed with NewDRS - works as ISO with N2Edit
Flashed with NewD13 - works as ISO with Nagramaster
No to Jeepers. You need an atmega programer for that.
