Can a DVB card be used to get GLOBECAST?

Can a DVB card such as a Nexus be used to watch GLOBECAST on T5?

I recall a few years ago a thread on a long gone site about this topic, but I dont know if it is possible or not?

If it is and anyone knows anything about it, could you please share how? I would assume you need a GLOBECAST softcam?
