811 Tier problem

I just finished up modding an 811 (removed icam, activated card slot)
Right now I am stuck trying to get any proper teirs. I have put the latest codespace icam blocker on and have tried different tier patchs, but still nothing (just the free channels).
I was wondering if anyone had experience with this, if so thanks in advance!

Check your IRD Info with ROM Explorer (under Data Space), could be the date expired. Not sure whether tier patches update that info, don't use patches. Check your tiers while your there.

Remove the blocker, use MR Tierworks and clean the bin, wipe all tiers and PPVs.
Then start over, add tiers and PPV, update keys, blackout string and zip code.
I have got a few 811s working, no different than any other model.

Skinerd by "use MR Tierworks and clean the bin"do you mean like the onestep clean in n2edit? or just organize and wipe tiers from tierworks?
