311 icam

Does anyone have a 311 reciever running and what all did you have to do to get the nag 153 off. Have tried new tiers and I am running codespace v12i blocker. I think i am running public keys though. I have been reading for six days. Any help would be appreciated

311s, unless you had the flash changed, (and then why would you put public numbers in a new flash chip), use private numbers only.

Latest codespace and tighten tiers will get you going.

thanks. I was a little confused on private or public bin. Were can you find the codespace v15 for icam? don't see it in files section

Change your codespace to A700 and you won't be looking for icam stuff anymore. Use Nagra Edit v5.1, data space editor tab then relocate DataSpace tab, change a500 to a700, ok , save worked on my 811 bin, lot easier and safer than moving hex !!

All I personally run is Icams, data moved. Chip converted to rom 102 rev 103 then treat as any rom 102 rev103 card.

Well using them as a rom 102 in a non icam receiver with the moved datapace is fine. but what if you do that in a icam receiver that is suppose to have the DS moved? Think that might pose a ecm target? I always try to closely mimic the actual rom cam for that receiver that i can.

When you have a 301 and a 811 the solution is making the data space the same to keep things simple especially when your running plastic. You pose a great question tho which is safer? Is there any major differences other than empty data space on a public blocker? My rom102 blocker been up since Dec 16th rolling (A700), I know you got me beat but I'm right behind you. Just got the Enigma from Mili before I forget everything I know which wasn't much to begin with. Very happy with the Enigma!!!!

No matter what you run in the 811, losing a cam is only part of danger, if they 0000001 out the location ID, it can't be jtagged back.

still getting nag 153. with codespace v15i and cut back on tiers. how much do you have to cut back? selected channels one by one

I used Mr-Teirworks and got rid of the 3m porn teir. all is okay here.

so you got rid of the porn channels is that correct. Cause I heard you could unselect the all porn channels box and select them one at a time and it would still work
