need help for HD locals please

Hi all
No matter what i did I still can not get the hd locals for Sandiego, I used latest version of Mrtierwork and Dark angel. can someone here please help me out . Thanks for all yours respond in advance

The San Diego HD locals are in MPEG4 so you can not receive them.
