I have converted my FLU to pansat 2700 using jtag and loaded the jvvh_205_1M bin file. Then I did factory setting and blind scan. I got the channels running, but no AR. It goes to 170% and comes back to 0% and again goes up...
I thought I have to load the latest bin for pansat2700 wich is X-87BL_070816_B75_208_api. I connected a Null modem cable, used the X-87BL Loader v27.02 [X-87BL] and chose the bin file i said, now for the FLU you have night ridders, but I have b-75 flashing twice, then it stops at 5 for 30 seconds, then it goes to on and finally you see the channel #.
I had no luck loading the file.
Thanks for help.

You need to use the Pansat 2500A loader 1.4 and then load the 208 bin in the unit. Its because you are using the Pansat 2700A loader it wont work only for channel list uploads & downlaods.:)

I tried what you said. I used straight through cable and Blacklist Updater v1.4. When I turn the receiver from back, as soon as the letter b appears I hit write bin. It doesn't load the bin file.

Ok from sounds of things you have the 205 in it if it has B75 going acrose on re boot. Try this switch it off the on from the back of the unit then once you see the 5 come on then hit downlaod let it do its thing and complete. After it downlaods it takes the box about 1 min to re boot its self.
you have the right loader and cable it should work :)

I just tried to load the file with Jkeys. After connecting the jtag jkeys recognizes the ird, I choose Macronix Chip under IRD model, then hit flash programming, then hit OK,under chip/sector programming I hit program, yes, yes, then choose the file jvvh_208_1M. it gives me jkey error
"error programming flash at offset 0x7fe000".
Please help,
Thanks

Guys it's not that complicated I converted all 4 of my 2500 to 2700 with no problems what so ever. The directions are straight forward. You don't need to J-tag! What you need (Blacklist Updater v1.4, cable you have been using, j27_205_1M, jvvh_209pwt).
This is how to load your 2500,FLU or clone to a 2700 clone via the SERIAL PoRT
********* NOTE NOTE ********
********* NOTE NOT for JTAG NOTE ********
********* NOTE NOTE ********
You will Need a Pansat remote.
READ your Channel list with Channel MAster and leave open in background.
1. Open/Run the Blacklist v1.4 updater
2. Make sure BIN is Selected not BOOT you are writing a Bin
3. Click select BIN
4. Choose j27_205_1.bin
5. Reboot reciever, on first light/dash, Click write bin. let it write
When it is done, Be PATIENT!!!! let it reboot after 2-3 minutes you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever.
6. Click select BIN
7. Choose jvvh_209pwt.bin
8. Reboot reciever on first light Click write bin. let it write. let it reboot after 1 minute you will see B-75 Flash on display of reciever.
9. now Rewrite your Channel list back, BUT, BIG BUT, you must now select the 2700 settings in Channel master.
10. reconnect to Tv, select default key from parental options(key menu) let it roll
11. wait for next round
