Can someone please explain what this patch does? I saw it in the download section.

It will update your cam to that rev. It's most likly blockerless so don't use it unless you don't want to get back in. People with armulators or emu use them to get to the current rev with out waiting for it to stream update. You can also use it if you unlocked your sub cam and want to lock it back up at the current rev with out waiting for it to stream update.
