Can't get locals...

Ok, I'm new to this programming thing, so please be gentle with me ;)

I'm up and watching TV, but not everything. I'm missing my locals and NFL Network is all red. I'm using a private bin and this is what I'm doing....

1. Open up blocker/bin/whatever in NagraMaster 4.1
2. Patch bin with local tiers (I'm looking for Syracuse NY, Rochester NY, Albany NY & Pittsburgh plus NYC and LA)
3. Remap the locals to Syracuse, change time zone and zip code
4. Save the new bn102 file
5. Open up KeyGrabber and apply keys
6. Open up n2edit and unlock card
7. Clean card twice
8. Open bin generated with KeyGrabber
9. Write bin to card
10. Verify card is locked

Put card in TV and I do get video, but only get west coast networks and NYC. No regional locals at all. Time zone is correct. Not sure how to verify zip code. Plus, NFL Network is red. I'm trying to get the poor man Sunday Ticket and need NFL Network and Pittsburgh!!! Thoughts?

The tier for nfl channel changed. I do not know the patch off the top of my head to get it back but it is posted somewhere. Out of curiousity what program are you using to patch locals and what not?

Sounds like keygrabber is modifying bin.

Use MR tierworks and you won't have that problem, it will do it all , including remap and new keys.

Are you getting the locals in the 8xxx area? If you are then it'a local remap problem. If you're not, it's a tier problem.

If you can't use Mr TierWorks, my second choice would be Dark Angel v6.1, or you could use the one in NagraMaster.

Oh, and make sure you wipe your old tiers before applying new ones. Sometimes local tiers clash with existing tiers....for instance on my Syndrome card we use two all-inclusive tiers, and I can't put my locals on the same card, it just won't take them.

You can get NFL by changing tiers so that AT60 high = 0037.

I'm using NagraMaster 4.1 and was told not to use Mr Tierworks for anything other than creating a locals patch by the guy who I got my stuff from.

I use MR Tierworks with 100% succcess, and it does everything, will clean and wipe all tiers, wipe ppv, add tiers, locals, add current keys. I never use anything else, it works great.

I'm going to try Nagraedit 5 tonight to see what happens.

DT tierworks I would agree with, but MR Tierworks works, all I use.

Well, I got 99% of it working so far...

Used the bin I was given
opened it in Nagraedit 5, applied locals patch which was created in tierworks
opened it in Nagramaster 4.1, applied local zip, time zone and mapping
opened it in keygrabber & applied keys
unlocked & cleaned card in n2edit
opened modified bin in n2edit, wrote to card
verified lock
watch tv with locals I want, mapped the way I want, but no NFL Network :\

Done messing with it today. I think. ;)
