Public Numbers Down?

I have 2 3100's on B*V and one 6100.The two 3100's have public numbers and black screens,with unknown ECM nano showing regularly in CEMU,while the 6100 with private keyset is showing video,but it looks as thought the 86 key is still the old one,not the one from Aug 29.Is it an attack on public numbers?Or somthing else?

Providers ahve been hammering the public #s irds on and off...most of us have switched to private info, or there is a patch out there to work around the nag.
