That is one fine piece of writing.
I wonder if the writer or writers were from the tester
or the SI side of the fence.
I'm am guessing it was a tester. I just don't believe a SI
guy would give that much accurate and useful info in a
article of this type. It seemed way too uncritical and
even handed for a SI employee.
