i just received my viesat 2000 ultra .i have dish pro lnb and i conected to the switch that came with my receiver but when it ask me to select my sat i only see the 110 but not the 119 so you thing i should connect the cable direct to my receiver or do i have to use the switch?.im missing channels and all the channels i see are only from 110 sat.
