I have two receivers, a viewsat platinum and a pansat 3500s, that i'm not getting any or weak siganl on. There's nothing wrong with my dish setup because i have another receiver running on it.
The viewsat doesn't give any signal at all. When i hookup my sat finder to it, it doesn't even power the sat finder. So this means its not sending any power to the lnb.Could i have a tuner problem here?
The pansat would work for about a min or two and then the signal would drop way off and the picture would start pixelating. Is this a tuner problem as well?
I've tried resetting both receivers and applying factory bins to them but with no success. Thanks for all help!
