Just a quick ?...are you using correct Voltage for jtag....check battery?

I have been trying to find the pin out of the top jtag connector so I can make my buffered jtag get it's power from the ird. I have read in this thread that it can be done on pin top jtag connector on a 301.010 ird 16 pin. Does anyone know where to pull it off of a 20 pin 301.013 ird.
