Captive Works Premium Remote Control-Help

hi can someone please help me how to set up my remote control for captive works preium..it had been working fine for the past 6 months...but just today...it stopped working..i changed the battery to..but its just the STB mode that doesn't seem to be working...so i cant even change ne thing..such as the keys....all i can do is changed the channels and thats it...someone please help ASAP

if this info might help u: wheneven i press the channel up or down button or ne other button while on the STB mode...the red light on the STB flashes twice and nothing happens on the screen..

reboot the receiver that worked for me, sometimes when you push the buttons repeatadly it locks up when switching menus to fast, and doesnt work. Try rebooting the receiver by unplugging.
