One fix for adult ppv

well, tried that but when i apply the patch file i get this error Error line 396] Invalid number of arguments "$E40D4BC614E"


what am i doing wrong. when i create tiers in rtm i get these errors Error line 396] Invalid number of arguments "$E40D4BC614E" when i apply the patch. can someone help me.

I am having a heck of a time trying to get this to work. Just to make sure I am not some sort of knob, let me go through the steps and perhaps one of yous could let me know where I'm blowing it......

1) create normal RTM file w/ PPV string added & normal tiers (AT50, AT100, etc.)
2) create second RTM file w/ nothing (no channels) selected but the PPV string added w/ the values HeartOfDarkness recommends
3) start NE and clean card 3 times
4) read card
5) go to Patch Editor & Test & Run #1
6) Test & Run #2 (assuming no errors)
7) Test & Run Blocker (currently using unmarked ROM3 blocker DPOFix)
8) write card

The problem I am running into is after doing these steps, the ROM3 only has 1 PPV tier & no channels. Where am I going wrong?
