Atmega 256 or Enigma ?

Which one is the easiest to setup and keep up on.I've been doing this for a long time and just recently decided to get back in the game.Im wanting to get my girlfriend setup with a receiver and either an atmega 256 or an Enigma. Are there any high Def receivers out there that i can use since she has a 60" LCD?
Im on house arrest and cant easily get to her house to fix it if it goes down so thats why i need something simple that maybe she can even fix.
Any help would greatly be appreciated..........thanks

So which receiver works the best with enigma?

I like the DP301s and if you have a married ex sub DP811 with the card slot wired it will work in there too if you want HDTV.

I like em both too. I would have to say the Enigma would be a better choice if you got a jtagadapter.
Or the usb 256 would be better if you like building and testing diferent bins.
