Looking for a easier way

I have 15 Boxes and Rom 102 cards I use Romcode now but with all the key changes I was wondering if there is a better way that is just as easy as Romcode with less down time Enigma,Atmega, Etc ?

The absolute best way, if using 102s, is a private blocker, they are out there.
Some are excellent. Not to say that one day they may not get hit, just a chance everyone using 102s take, but right now anyway, some excellent ones available.
