Sorry if this was answered before but just couldn't find anything using search.

What are the blackout bytes for NBA and locals remap?

I'm not sure what you're asking. The blackout bytes and locals remap just put your local channels in the lower single or double digits. They don't give you the NBA.
Are you looking for the NBA channel tier? Or maybe the NBA League Pass tiers?
