Look for dishasm.zip. It is a bit dated but has stuntguys FAQ on the Rom3 and all the commands. Great starter for doing you own blocker. At least for rom3 cams.

It includes:

asm2nee.exe - NEE Compiler
tasm.exe - Assembler
rom3skel.asm - Skeleton ASM file to start off your blocker
stuntFAQ.doc - Stuntguy's FAQ (Alot of useful info by Stuntguy)
D146805.exe - 6805 Disassembler ;)
readme.txt - This file DUH!
