Sounds suspiciously like a case of Identity Theft to me....

Now there's a good one I haven’t heard yet mdeven. Anything to confuse the issue. I bet you could even set it up so that you could prove that at least one instance of identity theft took place other than the instance that would interest Dave. I don't know if that was exactly what you were suggesting or not M., but it's an angle I haven't heard of anyone pursuing yet.
