Is it possible to use a D*SH Net HD DVR 921 for B*V using Emulation or Atmega? Does this unit have an internal cam or regular external card? Can they be Jtagged for BK, IRD etc?

No. There is no B3V equivalent (and thus, operating firmware) to the 921. The 921 has an external rom 103 card. The 921 cannot be jtagged.
