Q-Box

Has anyone ever heard of a dvb Q-box . I bought it off flea bay. Its a digital satellite reciever that I can hook up through usb 2.0 into my laptop, like a dvb card. The questions i have is does this thing work? If so with what application. I tried progdvb, and my theatre ( it claims it works with these apps) but it won't scan any channels....the signal is there but for some reason it won't detect it. Please if anyone has any info about this thing like what application can be used with it can u please let me know.
