new to dish net tested on dtv years ago . I had a system installed but i see i has a built in card . What reciver would you suggest i buy to test on ? hardware ? any good files for reading that you suggest ?

Get yourself a 2700 or a 2800 to test with and an atmega or enigma card. Something you can't screw up writing to. Lot's of reading and how to's right here on this site. Also try not to post the same questions in 2 different threads...that's a no no.
