phoenix loader

im trying to use the new phoenix loader but i keep getting this error......(DLPORTIO.SYS DEVICE DRIVER NOT LOADED PORT I/O WILL HAVE NO EEFECT.)WHAT AM I DOING WRONG GUYS ?????THANKS.........

You have to get the DLPORTIO.SYS driver files from net and instal them in windows. You should be fine after that.Just google this driver.You might find them floating around.Thanks

Just Download the new Phoenix 1.1.1 and extract to folder. everything is in. Follow instruction in Atmega 128 procedure, works great, been up since 9 am , it's now 4pm still running.

This is what happens when I try to use Pheoenix
It goes from earasing card-
card erase was successful

Writing default fuses failed
Lofuse verify failed
And then it exits program mode.............

Anybody have an idea what I can do next..............windows xp home OS

mine will do that and I use atmega restore and then it works fine

Phoenix did that on two different pc's for me. I used jeepers and did alternate erase twice then normal erase twice. Then I ran Phoenix and it programmed perfect on both pc's. Hope it helps, Cherokee

Just create a folder on desktop and extract it there.
And as I said Follow the Instructions, it tells you exactly what to do.
