its not up to me to judge if lex@s is a scammer or not, im merley stating that its easy to criticize people without realizing the the contributions they've made. there are alot of peeps that say mili's a scammer, however you've made several contributions to the testing world. unless im writing my own code or designing my own product i should be thankful for the efforts of others, and let the bs be carried on by the people that have a right to do so. just my two cents.

I'm going to go with option 5, and say Lexus is his own worst enemy.....as most of us are.;) :p I don't think Lexus set out to scam anyone either. He just didn't have the skill to design a new card but went for it anyway. He got close and had some good ideas, but he should have stuck with the atmega128 software angle. He knows how to do that stuff. He was also kind enough to share his work with the public as freeware. That's commendable. Now days though, I think it's safe to say that if Lexus isn't working as an informant he's got one of those nifty ankle bracelets and cant leave the house. :o

Pecker88 I don't think its the site its the way its run.There are some good guys who hang out there,some get caught up and some don't.Its hard to run a big site because no two days are not the same and sometimes its too overbearing.The instant ban thing some deserved it and some don't.

And oh yeah the sitewars need to stop the only who benefits is the providers and they love it. Divide and Conquer.

My whole point of my original posting is this: Lexus was smart enough to change his name and pretend he is not coding anymore, but his Lemmings such as Norhack keep on posting his files and testing for him with no regards to the man. It all comes down to greed. Nobody wants to put their time and effort into something without reaping financial compensation. Be it coders or site owners or developers. It's understandable and when someone jeopardizes your income hostility will ensue.

I don't think Lex set out to scam people either. He got caught up with the wrong people and was left holding the bag nad all the sh*t that ensued. He even helped people convert their 128 to 256 and it was freeware so I don't think profit was a major motivation. Of course his workling freeware did step on the toes of others who had profit to be made and as such he was bashed. But this happens with all testing devices as I'm sure mili can attest to. This is a seedy business/scene and I wouldn't expect anything less than all the drama and treachery that surrounds it.
