After I finally got my card programing with 6.7 I switched to this un and it worked no wories right of the bat :)
I was starting to wonder if my card was coming back, It would not take new keys but it does now :)
Working great here.. 510, DN, Private RSA P401
No issues to report

mili, been using a enigma in a 013. going hd with a dish 6000. the reciever came with an n1 card, and i don't know that i want to test plastic again, you know the whole autoroll and blown up cards thingy. what do you recommend between the enigma and the atmega 256 for that reciever?

Working fine here. I had to program rom and eeprom about three times before it took, but appears to be doing great. Been up for about 3 hrs. Good luck all.
I made a bin suing the enigma eprom public one.

Got all my channles except something messed up my locals but it is working with my own bin and not using Eingma tier editor.
I'd get an Enigma for the 6000.

From what I've read, the support for the model 6000 is still being tweaked with the USB atmega256, so the enigma is probably a better option at this point in time.

I re-programmed in EE 7.0 with private info on 510 @ P369., Silent enabled and 100MHz for Dish.
Worked for about 40 minutes then 5 micro freezes for about 3 seconds (with audio still playing) then screen froze (also with audio playing). Changed channel and all black screen. Then changed to channel 101 and got Error 019, Card not Inserted Correctly.
Pulled card and re-inserted, good to go again, for now. Timing it to see how long it lasts.

Mine did go 019 after bout 10 minutes, I let it sit and it did not came back on its on, so I pulled and re-inserted all back same as before, been going all day this time

I'm glad you experts got this one working for you because I'm in the same situation as I was three weeks ago. Just can't get this SOB to fire up. Wonder what I'm doing wrong. Jtag adapter, Enigma card, a Dish 2700 receiver and all I get is the menu and the space channel. Anyone with suggestions to what I might try.

I am a newbie myself however my setup is working great. I ran ee7.0 loaded the firmware for a 301.01 at 68hz with auto roll enabled. the set keys double checked keys then set tiers. The basics first then expanded. system is working pretty good froze once and has been going strong since.
Use 100 MHz on the card for the 301s.

I will wait till it glitches before trying 100mhz. Its still working good at 68mhz.

well could be your jtad adapter is not programed right or is not wired up by the instructions. In your case I would concentrate on the box keys on card not matching your ird
so that = jtagadapter is not working right.
be sure to use the correct ird model when programing it.
if it dont work then try the next closest model.

Exact same symptoms here while watching PPV's. I have tried all the different speeds and 36 Mhz is the only speed I haven't had a freeze. Left it on PPV's all night to test, still running this morning at 36. Running a 811, silent AR, Dish, with 301.013 selected as IRD model.
Update: Just witnessed a short freeze on PPV but not enough to lock it up as on other speeds.

510PVR, FW 369, DN. 7.0 programmed at 100mhz, private bin loaded with EE tiers. I had 3 2 second mini-freezes right in a row, after about 4 hours, and that's it.
A big improvement over 6.7 to be sure, which was a train wreck.

I had the same micro freezes, three of them about 5 seconds apart also.
Is there something in the code causing this or is it the setup?
Any ideas?
Just wondering if I should still be playing with the settings on EE7.0 trying to get a clean upload?

been running eedit7.0 it freeze a couple time 2or 3 sec. but its good but i am looseing channels in the 400`s& 500`s.

today 511,512,513,530-532and last nite ihad only 8 channels on ppv. i will see what i have monday. they went 084 yhey go and come.
Must be your setup man. Those channels work ok here still. Tiers maybe?
Maybe your signal strength. Do a check dish and see if you see all sats.

Can't seem to get sports channels in the 450's. My son wanted to watch a Wresling even, bur tier keeps asking if I want to purchase it, rather than tuning in. Any suggestions?

Give the Dark Angel tier utility a try. Works well for Enigma cards.
Been on 7.0 sence it's been up & running. Auot rolls great. The onlything I don't get is Porn , Anyone else?

301.013 private with jtag running great, a few micro freezes on ppv but otherwise good coding, gotta order another for the 6000 that's getting ready to kick my ass

4. The is only one downloadable for the Enigma cards and you can get it at www.enigmacards.com. Some are saying earlier versions work better on their setups. Every setup is different, so read, read, read.
