finally got it

I am happy to report that my pita usb atmega is finally working. Thank you to everyone who has been providing insight and advice. It turns out that the only reason that it was not working was that the 5 pin cable that I was using is not up to snuff. After trying out 2.05 with dish public bin unmodified in any way and got the same headers only. I bought a brand new 5 pin and wrote the avr and same unmodified 2.05 dish public bin and it came right up. I did NOT adjust any tiers or any other information from the bin as provided by Fab5

It still will not read back the ird or cam# but really who cares
