301.13 question

just picked one up at a garbage sale, for dirt, 25 bucks! with a 102 rev 103 that i popped in a matter of seconds. the only problem is the software on the reciever is old 205 I believe, to bring it up to date do I have to mod the reciever with a jtag and read it and write an up to date tsop file, or is there a way to force it to update. When i program that card and insert it I get a message that says the reciever has not been activated, and call blah blah blah. Im assuming its because of the software, but correct me if im wrong. oh i used romcode to program the card so i know thats not the issue, and yes the keys are up to date. Thanks

I let this badboy stream all night and nothing still getting this reciever has not yet been authorized message. I guess i better start searching on how to jtag this reciever if anyone can point me in the right direction on that id appreciate it!

Is it set to upgrade without permisson?
Did you turn the receiver off?
Is it still at 205?

yes, yes, and yes. the only thing i was not sure about was if the card shouldve been in the reciever when i turned it off, which i did leave in.

Jtags it and let it update without card:

301-013 erase SA15 in flash 2 (2Tsops)
301.013 erase SA49 (Single Tsop)
