Need help converting 510 to private keys

I'm still reading and looking for the answer to this. I know it's on here somewhere. But I also know that this is an easy fix (keys prolly) so I thought I'd post too.

The situation:
I've gotten the hd remarried.
I am using an enigma and it works fine in my 301
I have tried reflashing the 510 tsop to P363 with the new private SK
I get video and audio on the free channels
I get all the guide channels (no red)
I get audio on PPV's
Everything else is black screen...

This seems like a key thing. I just can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions?

Additional info:
The enigma worked fine in the 301.
Tried it in the 510 and got the above...
Put it back in the 301 and it would work (only free channels worked)
Reprogramed enigma, put it in the 301 and it worked.
Put it back in the 510 and same as above...
Put it back in the 301 and only free channels again.
had to reprogram the enigma again to get it working in the 301

Hi-firmware on 510 should be P369 or P400/401.
If you update from P363,it should go to P400/401.[401 is update to 400]

Should work then!

Update:
I loaded a p400 tsop into gendt08 and opened my private keyfile. Everything appeared to update (using SK).
Saved the file.
Reopened the file in GenDt08 and the box keys and IRD are all blanked out. Opened it in flashedit and its the same. Even if I open it under moved BS and Moved ird. No box keys.
Is there a bug in genDT08?

Another Update:
modified boxkeys and ird number in flashedit and loaded that to the receiver. it wouldn't do anything. I let it sit and it took the 401 update. Now i get free channels and Audio on the PPV's again, but everything else is black screens. Is there another program or a manual way to load the private keys, ird number, and box keys into the Tsop image.

Had the FF out old boxkeys setting set in GenDT08. I'm reloading the tsop now...

Make certain you're using EE 7.0 and not 6.7, which is almost guaranteed to give you the audio/no video hassle on your 510.

Works now. Reloaded the p400 version, let it udate to 401 and all is well in TV Land now. Thanks guys...

For those wondering, I think it was the SK Keys weren't right.
