301-013 error at 7ffffa0

I have a 301-013 single that I tried to change the tsop for private. My vidmode is correct because I erased and wrote other receiver with no problem. But this receiver after I erased and tried to write it , it said " error writing at 7ffffa0" . I tried many still the same error. I tried another receiver with no problem.:o

7FFFFFA0 is the beginning of the locked sector, you must not have vid mod correct, you check for 12v at SB35?? Solder connection at SB35 good?
