Bell seems to have there own version of error 153. So far all I have seen mentioned is 3100's with their error 127 - 102 will expire. Probably have to go with an older version of firmware or private numbers.

It loooks like the same thing as the 153 nag on Dish from this summer that hit the 301 and 311 IRD's. Until a fix is out, going to the older firmware is one way.
Another way is to reprogram the card and don't use any porn tiers. The nag is hitting private numbers too. Try it with no porn and see how long it goes without the nag.

If you're using the "monster tier" that spans 1-7FFF change that to something more reasonable (bell has no channels higher than 2900) and the nag should go away.
