Can't see any Channels

[aurrah]

Please somebody help me out when I put my atmega 128 card into the receiver I get this message appears on the screen (The smart card is not inserted correctly) I have been tried 10 time but each and every time I got the same message if somebody nkows about this problem pls let me know and help me I really apriciate I m trying to fix my card for last 6 hrs but I couldn't pls help me thanks
I am using atmega 128
Program SatJammin 7.7 DN

Start with the basics,.... has this card worked before ?
Programmed on same computer:
erase 3 X, Alternate erase 3X,
Jumperless ? or not. Check jumper ?
Fuse locks are ?
programed with no rsa or private.
can you try it in another reciever
