View Full Version : Re: UNOCKED!!!
I D/L'd this bin from FS <ripdss uploaded it> and it crapped out and couldn't unlock my 102. Asked for Help and it <was worried> ended up in the D*sh 102 section.
With help from others, found the line (9720) and it was all numerical. Well that didn't unlock the card.
Good thing I never Delete anything, loaded an old bin into N2E and looked for the ASCII String, found it and then tried it.
It unlocked the card in the blink of an eye, and realise that Hex is a combo but all the PW's have been strictly ASCII...........so learn from what I've gone through.
Check the Bin for the PW first, if you see the PW then load and always attempt to read the card prior to inserting it(to make sure it's Locked).
Anyways, have a virgin 240 bin and guess I should load that prior to overwriting....at this point I'm a bit 'gun shy', so any suggestions would be appreciated it.
Load the virgin 240 clean code space and then save and loadf prior to the new bin with blocker..right?
Sorry Mili, was ready to give up on the plastic and order an Enig., but probably will anyways as they can't be Looped.
load a bin into n2edit and clean codespace. It will say "card cleaned", but it really means that the code space on the file loaded in the application is cleaned and ready have tiers and/or blocker applied prior to writing to card.
N2edit only writes the bits that have changed, but will write anything needed to make your card a mirror image of the bin you have loaded in n2edit.
ALWAYS clean codespace prior to applying a blocker. This will help prevent Unknown Provider status.,
Hope this helps

Well, this prick uploads a bin and doesn't give the P/W......that alone should of sent off the Alarm, but No my need to watch a UFC precluded that and look what happened not only did I not see the event but was Locked Out of my card. :-(
Like I go back to the 'wild thing and H' and the Hu, this Nagra crap is all new to me.
I really would appreciate a Primer or Advanced that is up to date.
What I do is just load a B*v virgin 240, then the bin with blocker and I don't play it safe and go with an A/R bin.
Just point me in the right direction and I'll manage to sniff it out ;-)
Thanks to All and for those that know something & didn't help.....no comment.

Download the latest B&v file (ch*lak) and guess what, after writing a virgin 240 and then loading this......Unknown Provider!!!
Unlocked it and the P/W isn't on 9817 as the guy says but on 9810, and then put it back to 240.
I'm going to miss that HBO PPV tonight unless anyone has something that works.

Don't know if you you fall into this category, but this problem has been posted around since our provider change. It's possible the card is not really in an unknown provider state, but that the application does not properly recognize the provider, resulting the application displaying UP. This is a known issue with N2Edit.
Is the card really unknown provider? N2Edit cannot recognize a 3 digit provider so if you are using n2edit, that could be the problem.
Load up nagraedit and see if it shows unknown provider in there.
