301.10 here with norsa mod. Try factory restore and then program with Satjammin 7.8. Make sure your crystal speed is correct.

Hey, Badger... can you tell me if TOMICO numbers will bring up PPV using Atmega 128, 301.10 w/ 243F.W. and S.J. 7.0
I've tried upgrading the F.W. and the IRD wouldn't display any pic or audio.
Reverted to 243 and I get video/audio.
Now am considering going to NORSA, as it appears it works better.
Thanks for your guidance!

badger not here right now but I will try to fill in ;)
tomico tsop can't take updates
only reason to still be using that old tomico 243 was to get around 153 nag
so better now to go to no rsa, which can take updates and is working well
oh and you want to use satjammin 7.8 not 7.0

If running SJ 7.8 with an Atmega128, make sure you are at current firmware to avoid freezing/glitching up.
I am running a DP501 (@P4.01) wide open (SJ 7.8 - Public info - NO RSA) with absolutely NO problems what-so-ever.
