The same way you do a single TSOP 301.013.

Try is without the vidmod. Just ground pad 1.

Have yet to see a 013 dual that did not need the mod.

There are some 013 singles that shipped with 323DT chips that don't need mod but all duals I have ever seen or heard of needed it.
