Creating .COR file

I'm able to get ST19 up but do not get any channels except free. All others are red and/or green. Can someone confirm my st19.cor creation. I used an old 102 image I had....opened in nagraedit 5.2.....patched tiers (made with Mr. TierWorks)....patched for 10c.....patched for 106....saved. Am I doing something wrong?

If the guide is red and green the issue is tier related. Check the expiration date you set in tierworks. I think you will find your problem.

I"m stumped. Redid the tiers with a june 2008 date. Still a no go. Tried linux version, dos version, etc. For some reason the tiers on my st19.cor are not functioning. Ideas? Help?
