Mongo, I assume you have a subscription with DTV, and they have swapped you out, right? Call the sonsabitches and fuss the hell out of them...of course, make sure you don't have a hacked card in your receiver at the time. If your subbed HU has died, put it in the receiver and tell them you want it reactivated.
See if you can get some concessions out of them...free month's subscription, extra card :) , something....they screwed up and didn't send your replacement.
If you DON'T have a subscription with DTV and you're using someone else's sub - well then, you're gonna need a new bin.....and so are they.
