st19 rolling

Hi just quick question, did anyones st19 stop rolling today for dish. I have st19 with 103 aux card running on 625 receiver.

I lost PPV a while ago, so I guess they quit rolling on St19

ppv and porn are still there, but channels using 0106 keys are stuttering really bad now. Channels using 0101 keys are rolling fine. It's like they are rolling fake keys on the 0106 channels or something.

Just thought i'd update, i loaded the 9f patch posted by smiling jack for the 103, and everything works but every 2 minutes the picture freezes for 20 seconds or so.... This only happens on channels using the 106
