Timer based ECM affecting all hardware emulators for Dishnet tonight.

All FTA, Atmega and Enigmas are down tonight. Only ROM102s with the proper blockers are working. I am told the fix is not an easy patch job as it usually is this time. The symptoms for now are black channels on PPV, porn and movie channels. They may spread this crap to the rest of the lineup soon. Stop asking and paniking and sit tight for fixes from your usual providers.

MECM0x40 is now active. They are hashing the control words with the instruction set execution times. A full timer emu will be required to continue emulating.

Thanks for the info Mili! can you also tell me if the DVB cards are down as well. mine was working a few hours ago but when I returned home my ppv and porn and 300 channels are all down but I do still have some channels, can you tell me if whatever they are doing right now is effecting the dvb cards as well or do I just need an update, I am running emmunatioon 2.0.011 but I noticed in the files ection that now their is a 2.0.012 and a 2.0.0.13, If I am having the same problem as everyone else and just need to sit tight and wait on a fix then that is fine but if dvb card are still up and ok and I just need to update then please let me know. Thanks for your help!

DVB cards are also hardware emulators and do you need ME to tell YOu that you don't have PPV and porn?
There is anew Vplug sf out vPlug1.9.9 but I don't think it fixes this ECM available at

and I also doubt any FTA receivers are up this fast despite what 2 post wonder doshdock1 says.
