Truth of the matter is that when things are up and running nobody has any issues ... It's only when the product goes down (not by the providers doing) that every single person that owns this hardware has to depend on the one indiviual, who contrary to popular opinion, is a genius in his own right.
Scherb, everybody who owns your device needs one of the following solutions:
1. Fix the code quickly and efficiently as you have always done.
2. Hire some help (a close friend coder) to maintain the products value.
3. Leak your source code and let the public work on the code - this may actually make the product more marketable.
You and your product still have a good reputation on the market which will lead to more product sales. I cant see how delaying a fix or dragging your feet can possibly benefit you or the enigma. All of this bashing will go away once the fix is in and the next ECM that comes in to loop yellows you see a sales surge. The only way that this all happens is that your product is around and in good standing with users when the ECM comes (and it will). Nobody needed another AVR-X but whats happing here is starting to look alot like that. Do something.
