Pay attention to these instructions....
Open Jeepers
Alt erase and erase flash/eeprom (as always)
Write this flash
Write this eeprom
Check fuse bytes after .... change to FF AE 89 FF if needed.
Go watch TV....DO NOT FULL MONTY
This is not my work. I'm not that smart to fix this stuff but I found it, props to who came out with it, and now I'm sharing it.

Unfortunately I know nothing of how to change time zone etc but if you hit full monty, all you're doing is writing over this flash/eeprom with an old file and it won't work....so don't FULL MONTY! Just write the flash and eeprom and check fuse bytes.
