what is phoneix atmega loader--it works though

Can anyone explain what this great utility name phoneix...
means ..
when i get loader unzip, it create phoniex .exe file, and eep/flash folder...

but those folders are empty.

as per my understanding we need romxxx bin files for flash and bin.. is it already inculde under 1.1.8 or is it hidden..?

just wondering....any comment welcome and thnx in advance.

The files get generated when you run the program.
Yes you need a rom102 bin that's married to your ird, or you can use public info.
