Cards looping in reciever

Is Dave doing something different these past few weeks?
I have a couple of cards that are hard to program and when in use they just loop after a few minutes.
And what is this TBS patch?

I Have a couple of buddies having same problem with cards looping after a few hours in reciever when running 3m. This has been happening to them everyday since wednesday. I would be interested if anyone else has been noticing this.

TBS patch allows you to recieve chan 247 if getting not available message when running activation.

Sometimes just taking the card out of the IRD and just slaming it back in can fix that problem.
