i just got a card, when i put in the ird, it says s01-rev640? is this programmable?? I am very new to this card thingy so any help will be much appreciated

is this 103 card? rev640 is bell or dish??

is this 103 card? rev640 is bell or dish??NO its a SO1 and its from BEV 640 is bass line rev.....i think ...and NO its not programable at this time it may never bee
