CEMU Upgrade - wtf? HELP

I used "Cemu10C_ver204_DN_BootDisk.exe" from the file shop and now my IRD has this message on all reg. channels:

Upgrade 371
This channel is available for
immediate upgrade with a call!

[Continue] [Cancel] [Return]

Does anyone know why I am getting this. I tried changing my flash to: "2-Chip Cemu Rom102 Rev10C_AutoRoll.exe.program.hex" and i've left my eeprom blank. Same problem..

Check your tier dates.

yup, expired tiers, or a conflict somewhere between your bin and the cemu cnf file.
