Has anyone successfully flashed 6000 ird with the new 10c AR flashes? After fbprg16 writes, it gives an error message.. and "wrong smartcard inserted" when i try to use it (2 chip 2313 maxmel).

so you have both

6000 10c program.hex
6000 10c eeprom.hex

?
doesnt have to be these names, just an example.

and how are you connecting the atmel to computer ?
what cable

anyway,

serial cable - use boot disk / fbprg16

parrellel cable - use jepers/ atmel
rename 6k ird 10c eeprom.hex
to 6k ird 10c eeprom.eep

The files I downloaded:

Zip: Cemu Rev10c Autoroll Flashes.zip (posted here)

Files:

2-Chip CEMU Rom102 Rev10c_Autoroll_ird6k.exe.program.hex (1838 bytes)
Date: 11/27/2007
**this is what i flashed with

2-Chip CEMU Rom102 Rev10c_Autoroll_ird6k.exe.eeprom.hex (390 bytes)
*this is what i programmed the eeprom with

I am using boot disk/fbprg16/serial port
Older HEX files for 6000 ird write perfectly..just not these new 10c ones..

oh, for using a boot disk

i would shorten the names of the files.
for instance just put the file/ files on the disk you will need and name accordingly

flash.hex
eep.hex

and you know because only those two files are there that
you are flashing correct one.

i wonder for that program can you erase the atmel completely first.

worst come to worst
i have read that there are people still using 10b and less
and are still working

that's your problem. the original poster said there was a mistake with the first flashes posted 11-27 and re-posted the fixed flashes on 11-29. so grab the newer ones.
