Hi
I've been using atmega 128 for awhile now but i would like to test with FTA also and i was wondering if the sonicview 4000 would be a good receiver to buy?

:) Ths Sonicview 4000 is very good receiver I am sure you will be very happy with that receiver. The sonicview 4000 is going head to head with viewsat ultra, and the support for it is just wonderful. Can't go wrong with Sonicview 4000 what so ever. I am testing acctually the SV HD 8000 with full PVR Mpeg2 & Mpeg4 and trust me the best receiver I ever had. I won't look at anything else. Cheers

I'm looking at the specs for the Sonicview HD 8000, and i don't see anything about Mpeg4. Can you explain this?

i'll go for it, i have been reading and the only think i;m not sure about it is if we ever put a wrong bin file on this kind of receiver can we go back or is it dead?
